Hi, I’m Charlotte. In 2003 I founded On Site Massage Co with a massage chair and a passion for wellbeing. Today, I’m incredibly proud to work with a team of over 200 health and wellbeing practitioners who all share my commitment to making a difference. My journey into this field began while working as a martial arts instructor and studying for a a degree in sports science / sport rehabilitation. The opportunity to provide massage and therapeutic exercises at sports events, workplaces, and beyond arose. I quickly discovered a love for the energy and excitement of events, which led me to expand our services and grow our incredible team. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working at countless events across the UK and internationally, helping to relax, invigorate, and support people. To this day I still love working at events where we enhance the experiences of so many.
Hi, I’m Andrea. I joined On-Site Massage Co in 2010 and became partner and director in 2021. My passion for wellbeing stems from my own experience of wellbeing treatments and their transformative power. Early in my career I was involved in organising and managing events and saw first-hand the toll that these high-pressure environments can take on both attendees and staff. I know what a difference good quality relaxation therapies in these high-energy settings can make. Over the years, I’ve seen the positive impact our services have on event participants. I am continually inspired by the feedback we receive from clients who see the value in prioritising wellness, not just as a luxury, but as an essential component of a successful event. I have been instrumental in expand our offerings and ensuring that we remain at the forefront of the industry. I love helping clients put together the perfect wellness offering for their guests and transforming any event into an opportunity for relaxation and rejuvenation.
I’m Ariana, the bookings and events coordinator at On Site Massage Co. My passion for wellbeing comes from my background as a healthcare practitioner, where I learned the importance of empathy, patience, and understanding individual needs, skills I now bring into every event I organize.
Creating relaxing environments where clients can unwind is at the heart of what I do. As a fully qualified nail technician, I also love seeing how something as simple as a manicure can brighten someone’s day and boost their confidence. It’s the little moments of care that make the biggest impact, and I carry that philosophy into every aspect of my work. I thrive on putting together events that create memorable, relaxing experiences. From the energy and unpredictability, to the detailed planning, I enjoy every challenge and love seeing a plan come to life. My focus is always on making sure clients leave feeling cared for, relaxed, and with lasting memories.
With over 200 health and wellbeing practitioners working with us, we’re here to enhance your event with exceptional care and expertise. Our practitioners are all highly qualified, with a minimum of a Diploma in massage or complementary therapies. Many of our team members are multi-skilled, certified in several different techniques, bringing a wealth of experience that ranges from 1 to over 15 years. We take pride in carefully matching the right practitioner to each client, ensuring your unique needs are met.
